WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION

One of the last teeth to erupt in the oral cavity is the wisdom tooth, sometimes known as the third molar. With the passage of time, our dietary tastes have shifted, and we now enjoy considerably softer foods than before, resulting in smaller mouths and faces. The wisdom teeth, which erupts at the extreme end of the dental arch between the ages of 18 and 25, is sometimes highly impacted or obstructed, causing chronic irritation to the patient as well as infections.

WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION

Wisdom teeth are treated as though they were accessories in today’s society, with little practical function. However, poorly erupted or partially erupted teeth can wreak havoc on the occlusion and lead to recurrent peri coronal infections. We frequently recommend wisdom tooth extraction to avoid issues.
